Can I cancel my order? (en)

Cancellation of gift cards:

Gift cards are flexible and can be used for various experiences on our platform. They are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

Gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

If a physical gift card (or gift box) has been ordered and already shipped, the value of the physical product will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation of events:

There are two different policies for workshop bookings, depending on whether the workshop was booked directly via the website or through our Private Event Team.

1. Group events booked directly via the website

The following applies to group events booked directly via the konfetti website (gokonfetti.com):

Cancellation is generally not possible (§ 8 Cancellation or non-attendance by customers).

The event ticket is valid for a specific date at a specific location.
It is the responsibility of the customer to attend the event at the stated time.
Tickets purchased using discount codes or giveaway vouchers are also non-refundable.

2. Events booked through the Private Event Team

For group bookings that were not entirely processed through the platform, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Up to 90 days before the event → Cancellation possible free of charge.
Up to 30 days before the event → 50% refund to the customer.
Up to 14 days before the event → 25% refund to the customer.
From 14 days before the event → No refund possible.

⚠️ Special regulation for large bookings:

For total order volumes of €5,000 gross or more, free cancellations are not possible after the offer has been accepted.
Regardless of the deadline, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total amount will be charged.
From 90 days before the event, the above-mentioned scales apply.
